I'm Ashlie Moon, an Upstate, SC native. I am a mommy to two beautiful babies, Ruby-Ann (2.6.2015) & Walley (2.2.2017). Growing up, I was always drawn to the camera. Nothing made me happier than the sound of the shutter and freezing such precious moments.

I've spent 9 years photographing family & friends, jumping at any opportunity to use my camera. After having my daughter in February of 2015, I decided to turn my passion into a career. I want to show my children it is possible to live your life doing what you love.

My birth & first time mom experience has also shown me where my passion in photography is the strongest; maternity & birth. That beautiful glow every mom has while growing their little one & the raw, real emotions, that most parents don't get to see, when giving birth & meeting their babies for the first time.

I am currently building a new business with a friend, who is a doula, to offer an easier way for mothers to plan their birth, from the moment they get their first positive to those first few weeks as a new mom. (Please check out more information about our business at

I want to be there to help capture those first moments when mom finally meets the little one they have been carrying for 9 months. That proud & empowered face once they have baby on their chest, the sweat & tears from all their hard work all forgotten when they lay their first kiss on babies sweet little head. I want to help freeze those fleeting moments for parents to remember for the rest of their lives.

I am so excited to be making this transition, but do want to continue offering basic portrait packages for the time being.
